I signed up for the 'free' 7 day trial. After a day I realized that it didn't have any good movies to watch so I cancelled my account. Then I get my credit card statement and they charged me $50! WTF! I called them and they can clearly see that I put in the form to stop my 7 day trial and to cancel my account but they still charge you anyways! Do not use! Terrible company! I signed up for 7 day free trial, when I filled in the card details it said "you will be charged 0 dollars". They withdrew couple of bucks almost immediately, i figured they will be returned to my card eventually but still, i decided to cancel right away. I signed up for the 7 day trial and cancelled in those 7 days. £35 has been stolen from me without my consent. Sounds like to me that they're committing a crime. I see I'm not the only one and the fact the most information on the website is in fact wrong. The supportquality@videostripe.com email address came back has not able to deliver. On the 4th of February 2017 I signed up for the seven day free trial for Videostripe with the hope to live stream a boxing match which turned out it was unavailable to them. On 5th of February I cancelled my subscription clearly with in the seven day free trial as per their advice when signing up and then Videostripe still deducted their fee from my credit card. I signed up and cancelled within the 7 day trial. And videostripe has taken £35 from my bank account. If anyone from videostripe reads this I would like to have a refund. I have emailed many times. Reading some responses, website emails don't seem to be correct. Even the supportquality@videostripe.com came back as email not able to deliver. The information on the website isn't correct at all.
