If you have been charged, means there is an active account on our website connected to your card. We have checked the email but there is not registration made under this email. Do you remember the email you used for the registration you have mentioned you did on Videostripe in the past?

I tried Videostripe around May 2015, but did cancel it within the 7 days trial. Now a year after they have just charged me 50 dollars. I have been travelling, not even been on the internet nor at home with any chance of buying anything from them.

How can they bill me 50 us dollars? And then after a year? What is the explanation for that?

I would really like to get in touch with them, just dont know how?

I have contacted my bank, but they told me that i have to block my visa card, if they should start a case about fraud - and i do not have any other card with me travelling, so i am pretty screwed at this point, and really just want my money back.
