Dear Customer,

With the information provided we found an account which is active. To this account we have not found a request for a refund from you. Could you please send us the confirmation of cancellation and refund that you must have received once we issued the mentioned reimburse request so we can trace it and verify the information provided.

We would like to ask you why didn't you contact our customer support when you were informed by your Bank about the charge? We are available 24/7 so you can reach us at any time at the website

In the meantime, I have already cancelled the account and sent a refund request to our financial department. So you can expect back the 49.99 USD to the same card that was charged in approximately 7-10 business days.Both confirmation of cancellation and refund have been sent to the same email you have used to post this review.

Could you kindly please mark this post as resolved once you have received your money back?

About a year ago I was charged 49$ by video strip for a service I never used,I was too it was for some free trial that I never canceled So they just started charging me well they reimbursed me after our conversation but just yesterday I got a call from my bank saying my account is over drawn due to a charge from them again
