We offer a 7-day free trial period. If you cancel your account within the free trial period, you will not be charged for the service. If you do not cancel your account within one week your account will be extended to a monthly premium subscription at the cost of 49.99 USD.

This is stated on the registration page and further explained in our terms & conditions: https://videostripe.com/terms-of-use?locale=en

You sent us an email on the 27th of October requesting the cancellation of the account, unfortunately, with the information you provided us we could not find any subscription. We replied to your email asking for more details and you did not reply until the 19th of January 2018 when you again requested for the cancellation providing us with the same information you gave us back on October. We also asked for more details and we are waiting for your response. Please contact our customer support team at the website: https://videostripe.com/support we are available 24/7 so you can reach us at any time.

Can we ask you why you did not contact us before, please check your inbox and spam, thus you must have some email from us.

Getting money stolen from you guys, never signed up, and its taking like 70 bucks from my bank and its happened once before, if like my money back please i never have or will use this site, im very angry
