We offer a 7-day free trial period. If you cancel your account within the free trial period, you will not be charged for the service. If you do not cancel your account within one week your account will be extended to a monthly premium subscription.

This is stated on the registration page and further explained in our terms & conditions:

Unfortunately, we could not find an account registered with the email address used for the review. Please contact as soon as possible with our support team at in order to solve this issue. We are available 24/7.

We would like to ask you why didn't you contact our customer support?

I have never heard of this company nor would I sign up for anything online as I'm on a fixed income and to wake up to find $65.00 missing from my account is from a place I've never heard of im pisssed . I've got a child to feed I want my money videostripe or who ever the *** you are
