I CANCELLED my account with videostripe within the time limit and they still persisted to charge me 80 dollars Canadian- exchange rate. I am SUPER unhappy.

Plus, I even called support twice to make sure that my account was cancelled and they even confirmed that it had been, even though I wasn't sent an email to confirm.

I am VERY VERY upset and don't invest your information in this- so not worth it. Here is there contact number provided on website- 1(87*)-799-****

I signed up for a free trial. I never used the service because the movie selection was below subpar and $50 a month is outrageous.

When I contacted customer service for a refund the "woman" was incredibly rude, accused me of blackmail when I told her I would be sure to let everyone know how sneaky their practices are (on websites like this) and cancelled my subscription. I had never even heard of them, shame on me for not doing my research. The service is so bad, it's no wonder I hadn't heard of them. And I know some verified "representative" will comment stating that it was in the terms and conditions and they're right.

I was just so unenthusiastic about their lackluster selection that frankly, I forgot about it.

So it's my fault, but to add insult to injury, the lady had to be rude. Absolutely hate this company and want everyone to know.

What our agent meant is that we needed some sort of confirmation or proof that the account was canceled on time as you have mentioned and the charge was made after the cancellation. Since we usually don't make refunds, we need the confirmation of cancellation email that is sent after the cancellation so we can compare the dates and see where was the problem.

Anyway, our financial department has accepted to make a refund in this case since the charge is recent. You can expect your money back on the same card within 7 up to 10 business days. Also we would like to ask you to send us the cancellation confirmation received once you canceled the account so we can investigate this case further and avoid these situations in the future.

I signed up for the free month trial last week and they took 73.00 dollars from my acc because its a month free then pay 14.99 a month after the free trial so if they dont put my money back onto my debit my lawyer will file papers and take them to court for theft and they will have to pay more than they took.

74.48 NZD was automatically taken away from my account yesterday. I would like a refund.

I never used it I only signed up for free trial.

Once I found out I was charged. I cancelled my account right away.

I checked my credit card account and found that videostripe.com TOOK $68.96 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!! I don't know what this site is for, I don't use it and I didn't even make an account!!! Please REFUND MY MONEY NOW!!!

Charged in my credit card

videostripe.com charged me in my credit card last 11/17/2016 (November 17, 2016) amounting to Philippine peso 2,665.99. I have no idea what is this charge for.

I have not ordered or asked for anything to be charged to my credit card. As I recall, I only availed of the 1 month free trial period. I have not even finished watching what the movie I was sampling on. Please do not charge me again as I have not used your services.

and I have not used it since. Please cancel whatever it is that you are charging me for.

Please cancel immediately as this is causing excess charges on my credit card. Thank you

I cancelled my account months ago. I even got a confirmation email and yet video stripe has continued to deduct money from my account.

You have just taken the last 74.00 out of my account and i now have no money for food. You need to refund this to me TODAY!! When emailing you all i get is a noreply email back saying you will respond in 24 hrs. You were dam quick to take my money so you better be dam quick to give it BACK.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE *** ARTISTS. THEY ARE RIP OFFS!!!

I created an account on October 27th and tried out the free trial but I canceled it after a couple days as it was not what I expected, at least I thought I did until I noticed money taken out of my account from Videostripe. On December 7th I needed to check my bank account and make a money transfer to a family member but before I finished I checked my Chequeings account and noticed 71.58 CAD had been taken out on December 2nd for Videostripe. I made this in case my Contact form on the main website does not work so I can get a refund for my money and to make sure my account is fully canceled.

Hey I signed up for a vidstripe free trial and when I decided it wasn't for me I cancelled the account, or so I thought. I guess it didn't work because I was charged 49.99 for an account today. I do not wish to use this product and am asking to be refunded.

I contacted you via the website support but figured I'd contact you through this as well just in case.
