this company is no good and they steal your money, without your permission. i first emailed to complain and they said they took me off and still charged my account twice, then the next day they charged me again for something i did not want and asked to be removed from.
Do not sign up for this service, they are liars!!!!!!!!!
make sure that you do not fill out any personal information on this site because they will take from you and the lady that is suppose to be customer service is not so understanding. but im sure its because she is the one stealing everyones money..

I have been getting charged for over a year with this fraudulent company and i am demanding reimbursement of all my money that has been taken. I have never used a videostripe or did i sign up with one.

Only signed up for a survey, never used it before thought i had cancelled but today looked at my bank statement to see they have charged me 2 times that i didnt even know about and both months are at a different prices. Last month was even more money.
I want a refund of the 2 month payment that i didnt know about!! Never use this website it is shocking.
So many people going through the same thing as me. Its not on.

I have had multiple charges off my credit card, I have no prior knowledge of signing up an account with you, I have no email correspondence on any of my emails from you confirming an account registration or your products or anything! I cannot login with my email addresses to see if there is some mistake. I am not sure how you have gotten my credit card details?!?!?
Please respond urgently before I take this further. I would please like to be refunded the amounts you have taken from me. I don't even know the products or service you offer?!?!

The same thing happen with me . Videostripe say that i was create the account at 10/03/15 , the credit number that has been used is always empty i put money inside only if i want to pay some bills from jcc site , before two months the money from my social insurance get in and going to the bank to get money i realized that was missing money from my account i checked and i saw that videostripe used that card to get pay for the membership 1 year later . How can be a member a whole year without pay nothing and when money get in the account took them

Some how my card has been used to subscribe to Videostripe, apparently my partners email was used but he can not remember signing up at all!!
I had no idea i have been getting charged until now, neither myself nor my partner have EVER used videostripe, and yet i have been getting chargered for something i never even knew exsisted!!!
I am not happy AT ALL!!!
I would like my money back as my card was used without MY consent, and i have never used Videostripe so pretty much they have taken my money and givem me nothing!!!
I was charged $70 + Australian dollers each time and i am not happy!!!
I WILL be taking this further if i do not get all the money back!!
I have been granted a refund today with te online chat (eve) for the last two transactions but i am not happy with that, i want all my money back as we have never even used your services!!
Please contact me asap to refund me in full otherwise i will continue blasting bad reviews all over the internet and Facebook/all socail media outlets, i will also be contacting buisness ombudmen to discuss how Videostripe has used my account without my consent!!!

**VIDEOSTRIPE ARE SCAMMERS** DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME AND HAVE STILL NOT GIVEN IT BACK AFTER PROMOSING I WOULD HAVE IT 2 MONTHS AGO.
THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM ARE USELESS AS THEY ALWAYS BLAIM THE "FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT" AND NEVER ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING TO TRY AND CHASE UP THIS SO CALLED FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT. WHO ALSO APPARENTLY DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN THEY ALREADY TOLD ME THEY WOULD CALL THEM.
THE "SUPERVISOR" SEEMINGLY WONT SPEAK TO ANY CLIENTS NO MATTER HOW BIG THE ISSUE IS BECAUSE THEY CLEARLY ALSO DONT CARE.
I AM ABOUT TO TAKE THIS TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT AS THEN I BELIEVE I MIGHT FIND SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES AND WILL HELP ME.

Money keeps getting taken out of my account even though I cancelled it! I try to find the site?
Can't find the official one. I have a 1 year old to care for and am already living paycheck to paycheck. $50 goes a long way with a child.
I needed that to buy my son things he needs! So now I'm $50 short for that.
Charges
I signed up for a free trial yesterday. However, found out this morning that despite being a "free" trial, my card had been charged with multiple $1 charges, bringing my bank account to -$121.08 and thus into overdrawn status.
I sent an email asking about it as soon as i saw the charges. As of writing this, i have not heard back from them. According to the terms of service, there should be corresponding refunds for those charges. They are not there.
Why in the world does a free trial need these charges?
That is absolutely asinine. I do not demand full reimbursement, but at least some would be nice.

I signed up for the free trial on this website to stream movies but no movies were available in my country, so i went to cancel it but your website did not let me cancel it which is extremely dodgy and unethical, your website also did not state the price of your service which i think is extremely wrong as you can therefore charge whatever price you want which I'm pretty sure is illegal. Because i was unable to cancel my subscription I was charged $70 NZD which is an outrages amount (nearly all of my money).
I have contacted their customer support and they said they will contact me within 24 hours, its been 24 hours and they still haven't replied and I'm pretty sure they won't. Because i didnt get the service i paid for i will be forced to contact my bank if your website is unable to refund me of my $70 NZD.

I signed up for a trial with VideoStripe.
Having now read the reviews here I have contacted them to revoke all authorisation they had to my debit card, and I will be passing their details on to the UK Trading Standards board with the aim of UK traffic to their site being blocked.
It's clear that they are frequently taking money from users cards that have cancelled services within the cooling off period under the EU Distance Selling Regulations.
I have yet to receive a response from VideoStripe but I will update as and when they confirm any action.

Unexplainable charge for $49.99 on my bank account
I signed up for a free trial for Videostripe in November 2015. I immediately cancelled the trial, although if memory serves they did still charge me the subscription fee. Either I did not cancel it in time or they charged me after cancelling, I do not recall, but regardless I was refunded and all was settled relatively easily.
Fast forward to yesterday, July 6, 2016. A charge for $49.99 showed up on my account from Videostripe! I have had nothing to do with this company since that one free trial mishap in 2015. I called their customer support and the associate I spoke with says she can't find any information on me! I asked to speak to a manager and she simply said "No." I asked what am I supposed to do, clearly there is a charge on my account and I am now missing $49.99 from my available balance. She advised me to "call my bank" and that "there is nothing she can do to help me." Wow, great customer service. Obviously you have my information if there is a charge!! This is the email I sent to the company via their website:
"Hello,
I was charged $49.99 out of the blue by your company on 7/07. I called your customer support and the associate was unable to find my information regarding the charge in your system, and was advised to call my bank.
This is extremely frustrating to me as I have had no association with Videostripe whatsoever. There are no other charges from this company and I did not sign up for your free trial (obviously, otherwise the associate would have been able to find my information.) N
Nonetheless, you have my card number and have fraudulently charged me $49.99. I demand a refund immediately. All attempts to speak to a manager or supervisor when I called your customer support line were refused by the associate, and I am highly dissatisfied with her assistance as she simply continued to advise me to "call the bank" and repeatedly told me that she was unable to help me. I am currently on the phone with my bank waiting to speak to their fraud department regarding this issue.
Please call me immediately at (925) 683-****. This is unacceptable conduct from a business and I am shocked that this has occurred. I need this to be resolved immediately. Thank you."

VIDEOSTRIPE FRAUDULANT TRANSACTIONS
Despite cancelling the 7 day trial period within less than 24 hrs, Videostripe decided to take it upon themselves to wait quite some time and then start removing funds from my account. No formal notifications or anything!
It is like they bank on the fact that you may have forgotten about them. I have reported this behaviour to the fraud division of my financial institution. Absolutely disgusting in my mind!
There is no doubt that the trial was cancelled as I was only after the in-game bonus that was offered if I clicked on it. As soon as I did so, I opted out by cancelling it.
Also, why did Videostripe wait so long (after the fact) to start taking funds? The whole thing appears to be a scam!

Money taken after TWO years of service being cancelled
Used Videostripe.com's trial run back in 2014 and cancelled within a day, fast forward to 2016 and realised they took money from my bank account without my knowledge and consent for no reason whatsoever. Which means they still keep all your bank details even after you cancel, therefore being able to take money whenever they want which is what happened to me.
So I went to contact customer support and talked to a guy named Paul who talked all sunshine and rainbows promising me that I will get the refund, so I waited. This was on 12/05/16. So nearly 3 weeks later I heard nothing from them no refund no replies, then I went to customer support again and talked to a guy named Hank. By then I realised the first guy I talked to did not even issue my refund and Hank just kept telling me to talk to my bank and email Paul and whatnot. Even though Paul had already agreed to give the refund. Because it seems like that the only person that can deal with a simple refund was Paul, I am forced to chase him around in order to talk to him, it had now been 1 month and 2 weeks with me just trying to get my money that they in no right should have took.
I have kept all the live chat transcripts with all the times I've talked to them. It seems like now Paul only works Sundays since currently every time I go and ask to talk to him he is not there, and they will precede to tell me he will work on Sunday.
By now it is clear that they are not going to give me back the money they took, they are thieves, scammers and will take your money without consent and then refuse to give it back because you can't do anything about it.
