We offer a 7-day free trial period. If you cancel your account within the free trial period, you will not be charged for the service. If you do not cancel your account within one week your account will be extended to a monthly premium subscription at the cost of 49.99 USD (39.99 EUR). This is stated on the registration page and further explained in our terms & conditions.

We would like to ask you why didn't you contact our customer support? We are available 24/7 so you can reach us at any time at the website

We have cancelled your account once we have received your cancellation form so you will not be charged anymore in the future. In order to request a refund please contact with our customer support team and we will be glad to help you.

Hello, Videostripe is taking money from my creditcard i haven't even heard of this company and its taking my money since last year! How do i get my money back?

And i want it to stop now!!!

I'm severely pissed off, I will be contacting my bank and putting in a fraud complaints, I work hard for my money and don't need scamming companies ripping me off, how dare they take money off people and families that need it, how do they justify it?I am so very angry rite now, I've never heard of videostripe, this is a disgusting scam and needs to be stopped immediately! NOW

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $534.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Fraudulent charge, Taking money without apparent reason.
